THE JOB:
As a B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) position, building relationships with clients as a trusted consultant is the key to success.

The best candidates for this opportunity are those with some B2B and/or B2C selling experience. As with all sales positions, top-notch communication skills are valuable. A great deal of work can be done by phone, email, social media, and person-to-person. Also, you should be someone who is comfortable working with a computer. We use industry-leading, cutting-edge OppOne technology to deliver information and services to customers. And finally, qualified candidates must be willing to do the work of sales: namely, getting on the phone each and every day, pushing past gatekeepers, initiating meaningful contact with decision-makers, and keeping the customer’s needs first.

• Grow Sales: Retain and grow your client base by effectively managing their accounts and ensuring that all clients receive an outstanding service.
• Prospecting: Cultivate prospective client relationships and identify opportunities to expand these relationships by responding to client needs within your territory and network.
• Analysis: Collect client information, analyze and evaluate a client’s situation, and make recommendations to optimize customers’ needs.

Your role as a Sales Affiliate Professional with the OppOne Team is to build and manage relationships. You don’t have to be an expert.  Your primary responsibility will be prospecting, identifying decision-makers, helping them see what we can do for them, and managing the relationship with the client.

Sales Affiliate Professionals bring in hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings for our Business and Corporate customers by adding value.

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
Our easy-to-follow system will provide you with all the information you’ll need to become a successful Sales Affiliate Professional (and Team Leader, to maximize your potential and income).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hard worker with a strong desire to succeed.
• Have a passion for helping others solve problems.
• Able to set and hold appointments in a timely and efficient manner.

SCHEDULE:

• You Set your own Hours – However, the most successful Sales Affiliate Professionals work Monday-Friday and some Saturdays, 6 to 8 hours per day.

COMPENSATION:
As a Sales Affiliate Professional, you can generate great weekly commissions, but only if you’re highly motivated with the discipline to push for success.

• 1099 Position, Independent Contractor.
• Commissions Paid on a Weekly Payroll Cycle.
• All-Commission, Uncapped including Incentives & Bonuses.
